DID YOU KNOW?
The more you sit, the higher your risk is for falling!  Take our Fall Prevention survey to see if you're at risk for falls.  Click here to download our free interactive Fall Risk Survey. Then, check next to the questions, if they pertain to you. These questions help determine your fall risk and automatically total. If you've checked "YES" to any of the questions, please print it out and contact our office for a VNG Diagnostic or Balance Evaluation. We can help you determine the root cause of the problem and help you reduce your risk.

The Movement and Balance Center offers an integrated approach to fall prevention, physical therapy and rehabilitation to residents of Gainesville, Chiefland, Old Towne, Lake City, Ocala, Hawthorne, and Starke.
